Tamba offers Indian buffet for holidays

December 12, 2007

To accommodate large holiday crowds and provide unending portions of Tamba's renowned Indian cuisine, the restaurant has announced its diners will now enjoy the Taste of India Buffet for lunch and dinner through New Year's.

The buffet includes Tamba's clay oven creations such as Murg Tikka, Tandoori Chicken and Seekh Kabob, salad, various rice dishes and Naan.

"We want everyone to enjoy both the food and the overall dining experience at Tamba on the Las Vegas Strip," said owner Sunny Dhillon. "For that reason, we choose to offer our buffet for lunch and dinner so the food is ready when guests are ready to eat. Of course, guests may still order from our menu."

The Taste of India Buffet is available without a reservation and is constantly refreshed by Tamba's kitchen team.

For those unfamiliar with Indian food, there are plenty of mild, non-curry flavored dishes to sample, and everything's labeled for the novice.

From appetizers and main dishes to drinks and deserts, Tamba offers something for everyone.
